Should I buy a 1998 Toyota Avalon with 125k miles and right wheel issue for $1k??

Hello, Im a college student driving an 1995 chyrsler concorde that has many issues with it, mostly electric I was wondering if I should buy a toyota avalon that my friend's dad will sell to me for $1,000. Is it a good buy? Please let me know what you think?

BUY THAT CAR. Even if you do not like it or do not want to fix, that car is worth at least triple what you are paying for it. You can afford to gamble for that price.
