Grand Theft Auto IV Dimitri bug?(SPOILERS!!)?

Has anyone gotten the call from Dimitri after you kill Mikhail? We can't finish this mission because there's a bug where Dimitri doesn't call back. We've tried turning off Autosave, not saving at all, and just waiting. Any help is appreciated.
We've called him back after the mission, and run the mission several times. We've looked on IGN and other folks are having the same problem.
Try calling him.
