looking at first car 2000 black vw jetta 98,000 miles $$6800 is this a good deal ???

not sure what type but It is in excellent mechanical condition with most major repairs already done which include the timing belt, water pump and belt tensioner replaced. Motor is tuned and oil replaced.
The Jetta's drive train is a 2.0 L 4 cyl. with auto. transmission.
