Rare Truck
Is my 1969 GMC short wheel base truck rare?
It is a base C1500. It does not have factory air. It has a 350, with double hump heads, oil bath air breather and a Rochester 750 CFM 4bbl carburetor. It has the three speed manual column shift. It is a short wheel base Fleet Side with a wood bed. It still runs really well (will really smoke the tires if you ask it to) and has 140,000.00 miles on it. My Dad bought it in 1970 and it has been in our family ever since. It still looks really good, I get compliments on it all the time, but I cannot decide whether or not to really sink some money into it to get it back to new condition. Should I bother?
Is this a rare truck?
Im a musclecar enthusiest and there not really rare but sweet truck but is rare that been in family since 70 if i was you and the truck had a good body to work from then yes i would sink money into it if i was you i would watch dazed and confused that should inspire you to build it. good luck hopefully you fix it i would
