Two stroke Diesel.?

Why vehicle manufacturers don't use two stroke diesel engine on cars, vans or lorries? they might be too heavy for bikes but why not other vehicles dont use it?

Emissions and fuel consumption. I have seen them Turbo Supercharged on military trucks. The HEMTT Oshkosh Trucks has a Detroit Diesel V8 2 Stroke Diesel. The engine has tons of power like a V16 but sucks gas and pollutes like crazy, so its use is limited to Military Vehicles since they are less of them on the road.
