Station wagon just seems to be a little piece on the back so it doesn't look like it would make a difference except being a better deal due to the size increase.

Both would have same engine and under the hood specs of course.

But like how the extra weight would negate out the aerodynamic gain I'm putting this into voting as a best answer would cancel out the other good one.
