My truck shakes when I am on the highway over 60 MPH?

I am having some sort of front end problem. It's not that the tires need to be balanced or rotated. I tried that. It also not backwards lug nuts. Something also does't sound right when I take a sharp turn either way. Hope you can help!!

For steering problem: put front end on stand jacks, then have someone, very slowly, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock, while you watch underneath. Follow the mechanical action, at some point there will be a delay between the moving part & the next link; there's the problem.
If it's not there check ball-joints, bushings, wheel bearings, motor mounts, U-joints & differential.
