where could i find a free service manual/book so i could work on my 1973 chevy truck? its a 3/4 ton longbed.?
i got a classic chevy truck and i need to put some parts in and i dont want to buy a book so can someone plz help?
The best place for access to a free repair manual is your local library.
Several companies print auto repair books, but my first choice is the Mitchell's manual for your specific vehicle year and make. The others have useful information, but Mitchell's is the one most nearly like the manufacturers!
Another place might be a "friendly" auto parts store. Some of them will let you have free access while in the store.
