When is the release date for the fourth book in the Inheritance series?

Well I've read all the Eragon books since they've come out. And I feel like I have been waiting way to fuckin long for this last one. Seriously it's been forever, at least it seems like it. And the website doesn't have a release date but I figure I'd ask here anyway.
