How do you replace the rear seat belt buckles in a 2005 Chevy Aveo?

I have a 2005 Chevy Aveo that the rear seat belt buckles fell out of one day. I have a new buckle to put in and it looks simple enough, I just can't find where the base is in the car. How do I do this?

Remove the rear seat cushion and you'll see where they are bolted to the body of the car. You will probably need a large Torx bit to remove the bolts. Be sure to torque the bolts to the factory specified torque setting or they may not provide the necessary protection in an accident.
