I was offered aBMW 328i coupe lease for $575/month (tax included). Is this a good deal or am I being had?

Car includes - Premium, Sports, Shift Paddles, Bluetooth, IPOD, heated seats, and Navi.
I am located in Southern California.

If this is a BMW (manufacturer) sponsored deal, then these are usually genuinely good deals with price discounts combined with low money factor and high lease-end residual. Car manufacturers do this to help promote sales during slow periods, or for particular vehicles that need a sales boost.

If the deal is simply one that a dealer has thrown together on his own, it will not as good a deal because the only thing a dealer controls in a lease is the vehicle price, not money factor or residual.
