How do you convert an audio sound from windows media player to microsoft power point?
How do you put a sound from windows media player to PowerPoint without opening up Windows Media Player during the presentation. I want the to just be able to click on the sound icon and it plays without Media Player.
If you want the sound to automatically start when a particualr slide is shown then
Display the slide to which you want to add music or sound effects.
On the Insert menu, point to Movies and Sounds, and then Click Sound from File, locate the folder that contains the file that you want, and then double-click the file.
To make it start when you press a button
Select the slide you want to place a button on.
On the Slide Show menu, point to Action Buttons, and then select the Sound button
Make sure play sound is slected and then browse to the sound file to play.
