Can I sue the business AND property owner of a bike repair shop for services not rendered under a contract?

A contract was made for repairs on my bike. I also gave a deposit of $1950 and my bike was taken apart and left in pieces. I now have a bike in pieces and no money was refunded. Can I sue both the property owner and the business?

Use your head, man. WHY would the property owner have any responsibility? that's CRAZY.

If you owned a house and rented it out to someone, and that person beat up the neighbor, would it be YOUR fault? of course not. WAKE UP!
