Which crossover is better?

I'm looking for a top-of-the-line crossover under $40,000. The main things I want are heated seats, sunroof, and navigation. My top three are:
-Mazada CX-9
-Hyundai Veracruz
-Buick Enclave
Which one do you like best and why?
By top of the line I meant loaded with all the features. I would rather drive a hyundai with sunroof, htd seats, and nav than pay $10,000 more for a lexus that only has a sunroof.

I like the Veracruz best, Hyundai quality is on par with Buick (who are also top ranked) and the Veracruz drives very nice plus has tons of features for a reasonable price. All 3 of these are decent on gas for their size and will depreciate at a high rate the 1st 3 years. Yeah, I wouldn't pay $10K more for a Lexus either, unless you intend to trade-in in 3 years, then its probably still going to be worth $10K more.
