Ml350 vs FX350 what to choose ?

Which car should i prefer ? FX35 2004 and ML350 2006.The FX has all extras(leather ,DVD,Navi,20 alloy wheals, keyless go... many more.The ML is 10 000$ more expensive and has only leather.

I don't like the infiniti, and i guess you'll get a better gas mileage with the mercedes, tyres will be cheaper and it's a Mercedes-Benz..
Is the ML under factory warranty ?
If the ML has 17" or 18" rims you can try to go on dusty roads (what an SUV is made for), not with the Infiniti.
