What time should I take my sleeping medication? How long before bed should I take it?

Hi,
I was perscribed trazadone 50mg and clazapam 1mg to take for sleep anxiety and nightmares. I was wondering how long to take it before bed? And do you need to take with food or not? Thanks

Take it on an empty stomach just before you go to bed.
