How can you save just one photo from the four picture combination on Mac photobooth?

When I save or import the photo, I have the four picture combo. But I'd like to save only one photo from there as a separate photo.

You could do a screen capture of just that part
shft+command+4 (drag the box around the section you want to isolate)

Or you could crop it in photo editing software.
