Honda Accord 1996 EX or 2000 LX?

I'm looking to buy a used Honda Accord. I've found an amazing 1996 EX at top spec - alloys, spoiler, sunroof, leather seats etc with 140k miles or for $350 more I could get a 2000 LX without those extra features that has done 167k miles. Which should I go for?
Also, I found the '96 a bit clunkier to drive and not as smooth.

Franky, you dont know what youre talking about....The EX is better equipped than the LX..... both sound like trouble to me....with than many miles, unless they were Well Cared for and you have maintenance records to back that up.
