2004 dodge ram 1500 quad cab short bed laramie 4wd?

I looking to put so over size tires on my ram and did know if i should put a lift on it first or just tires. The tires are 37X13.50R20, Super Swamper M16 with an overall diameter of 37 in. if you can plaese help. first you need to check the clearance your going to have. if it is close then I would definitely put on a lift first. I looked at your tires and why take a chance that it is going to rub or hit if you bottom out.
