The parking sensors on my 2006 Ford F-150 King Ranch have stopped working. Is it possible to fix?

The button on the dash says off, even though i attempt to engage it, off is still glowing. I dont really want to go to the dealer, because my warranty expired. There were no collisions or damage that i know of. Any feedback is appreciated..

Basically you are stuck going back to the dealer as independant shop level diagnostic equipment won't check that module (or at least about 4 or 5 of the major brands I have checked into didnt.

My guess is one of the sensors went out.. it is also a dealer only item
