Should I have to worry about re-programming my car computer if I put a different size of tires on it?

My 2010 Dodge Journey SXT came with 255/55/R19 tires. I'd like to get some winter tires but not many come in that size. There are several different trim lines for the truck and the smallest tire is 16" I believe. Can I just change the tire size with no worries since smaller tires are an option in other trims?

No worries as long as they fit without hitting the fenders. They may throw your speedo off by a little though. You can see how much on the following link.
