Anyone out there have any information about a painter named, "Ruffino"?

I purchased a beautiful framed oil painting of a sailing ship, signed "Ruffino", from a local second hand store. I believe they did not know the quality/value of this painting, therefore the ridiculously low price. The scale is perfect, the colours fresh and outstanding. The painting is approximately 12"X10" and is in immaculate condition.

The only known artist with the surname Ruffino is;
Ruff Besserdich Ruffino (Austrian, active 1900-1920)
but he was primarily a sculptor.
