How do you know if girls find you to be a generally good looking guy, or great looking.?

Is it that arbitrary and relative. Or do great looking guys live different lives where they're pursued by women constantly. Don't really know if such a life exists.

Yes, such a life exists but you need to be a famous actor that is hot. I have friends that never get hit on and never would have gotten married unless they made the first move......

I have other friends that get hit on every time we go out to a bar (or at least they have someone flirt with them)
