Ford Model
What is this part of a Ford Model T engine called?
I have a Ford Model T, but I've realized that I am missing this part of the engine:

I've searched for it on Google but I can't find out what it is. Can somebody help me?
Thanks.
It is a hot air pick up for the air intake of the carbie.
It would be to aid running in a cold climate.
It would be one of the first things to corrode because of the heat it is subject to and it is only sheet metal.
It may even be an accessory as there is no mention of it even in a late edition Dykes manual (1927).
