Wiring a 2000 Ford F250 engine and its auto-trans to suit a 1986 Ford Bronco EFI engine?

Hi Everybody, I have a 86 Bronco with a stuffed 302 Windsor EFI engine and would like to upgrade her running gear. I have a Ford Triton 5.4 SOHC EFI engine with a 4 speed auto-trans plus overdrive out of a 2000 Ford F250. How do I over come the wiring problems as even the trans has a computer? Cheers Steve

does that 2000 engine have anywhere to put an EFI distributor? i think you'll have to swap the computer as well because you'll need all those sensors working 100% for the engine to function properly
