how do i goo about claiming a abanded car?
well i live in illinois, down the road from me is a abanded house, these 2 guys that lived there 1 day got up and locked the doors to the house and left, well when they left they left a 1967 ford fastback, very nice, the car is locked, keys are in the car, now it sitting behind the house, the house and car have been sitting for about 10-12 years now, i went up there today cuz making sure there wasnt anybody getting in the car or house and i checked out the car and i like it, now how do i goo about claiming it! the 2 owners of the house are gone, no body no's them, and i think the state owns the house, but were?how? do i get ownership over the car? everybody no's that car is up there soo i cant just go take it! , thanks ;D
