I just purchased a 07 Ford Focus SE with a remaining factory warranty. Will lowering the suspension void it?

I just purchased a sporty yellow 2007 Ford Focus SE with a remaining factory warranty on it. I want to lower the suspension but I want to know if doing so will void out my factory warranty. If so then what options do I have to lower the car?

Any changes to the specifications of the car will void your warranty.
