installing automatic door locks in 99 sunfire?

my sunfire has manual locks and it's a pain in the butt! i either want to have automatic locks installed..OR even better, just get one of those remotes that unlocks the doors. but my question is, is it even possible to get the remote w/ manual locks?

I just got this done today on my 99' sunfire that had manual locks. $261.00. Much cheaper if you can figure out how to do it yourself.
