2005 Toyota Solara Convertible Passenger Side Power Window Problem?

On the drivers door there are two switches, one for the drivers side and one for the passengers side window. The passenger door has its own switch. The passenger side window will not go up with the switch on either door. However, it will go up when using the "ALL" windows button on the dashboard. Checked two fuses that mention window and they are fine. I see in the online manual tonight that there more fuses that mention "window", and I will certainly check them, but does this sound like a fuse or a switch?

its your master switch,,the one on the drivers door,unplug it and see if it will work with the passanger switch..
