How to use the Sims 3 collectors edition usb?

I have the Sims 3 Collectors Edition USB but I don't know how to get the special car or the 'expansion' that's supposedly has. I got the song, wallpapers, and the screensavers though.
What card? I didn't see one... I got the. Sim Points card though

The town and special car are separate from the usb. You have to go to the sims website to get the town. As for the car, you will need to follow the instructions on the card that has a picture of the car.
