im looking in to the acf web site to be a certified culinarian, what starch goes best with chicken.?
to become a certified culinarian i have to find the best accompaniments with a starch that goes with chicken. I have ten years in the cooking field in management and im thinking rice pilaf is perfect but i appreciate outside advice.
I suppose I shouldn't answer this question while I am hungry. My preference is potatoes with chicken. Try Yukon Golds.
