Better Buy 2002 LR Discovery Kalahari or 1987 Yellow Custom Lifted Eddie Bauer Bronco w/ Large Tires?
Im already winning a Bronco on eBay (220527192202) but the Discovery was my original choice. I now see a 2002 Kalahari edt Discovery, only 150 ever made, on eBay that I am seriously considering (320463258608).
My sister owns a 97 Range Rover which she wouldn't give up for the world but says it costs a lot of money for repairs and premium gas (best grade). She keeps telling me to buy an American truck (a V8 SUV is nonnegotiable however).
Im a single mom 1 kid making $10 an hour but expecting $5k income tax time. Base your opinions not on what I want, but which car would save me money yet be very reliable? So far Im buying the Bronco but pulling toward the Discovery. Please don't tell me to save my money or buy a car, Im going to continue to save after buying the truck. Auctions end in 3 to 5 days. Please everyones thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated! Merry Christmas!
I would go with the Discovery. They have good reliability and hardly break down.
