Active Lights
How active would you consider me?
I exercise about 30-90 min a day (6 days a week) of moderate exercise (jogging or rock climbing or lifting weights--but never at intense levels). If I'm not exercising I'm mostly sedentary, lazing around, maybe walkign around the house to get a snack etc.
So is my activity level moderate/light/very active or what??
